PCT Filing Fees- US as RO for WIPO (Official Fee) - Manual Entry
The official filing fees must be paid within 30 days after the filing of the PCT application, otherwise a 50% late fee may be due to avoid abandonment/withdrawal of the PCT application. Generally, the PCT office will mail you an invoice usually a 2-3 weeks after filing; however, you should not rely upon that if you do not get one you should pay the fee due to the receiving office or directly to WIPO, and get official confirmation of the payment being received and honored by the patent office.
If instead you wish to have us to handle/make the payment on your behalf via registered/secure electronic filing system then you would procure our payment handling service and remit to us the amount indicated in the PCT invoice or otherwise due by calculation based on the official fee schedule.
On this page you would register into our docketing system the amount of official fees that you are remitting and ordering for us to pay on your behalf. If you have received an invoice from the patent office then you should enter the amount (in the above 'Please enter your quoted price' field) it has indicated to be paid into the above because quoted amount, which supersedes selecting menus to build the quoted amount. This is the amount, plus any payment transaction fees (e.g., 3% if you pay with credit card or PayPal, and whatever bank wire and/or currency translation fees may be involved), that you register in our system and that you must remit to our bank for us to make the payment on your behalf.
